systems in over 700 locations in less than one year.

architecture capable of supporting company’s exponential growth of up to 1

Business related projects

Held P&L responsibility for securitization servicing subsidiary with
$5 billion+ commercial mortgage portfolio. Raised agency rating from unsatisfactory to above average and made
business profitable in second year.

Instituted processes and controls, automated systems and portfolio
management function. Implemented
image-based system to support conversion of 2500 commercial loans during
major bank integration.
Directed technology for start-up Joint Venture.
Held P&L responsibility for servicing, cash settlement/ordering and
vendor management for 215 unbranded ATMs. Planned migration to biometrics-enabled ATMs placed in casinos.
Managed 10 staff and $17 million budget.
