Operations related projects

• Established data center strategy and opened new 30,000 sq. ft. data center in Arlington, TX as first full data center facility.  Brought project in within schedule and $16MM budget.

• Renegotiated hardware, software and communications contracts including contracts with major card accounting outsource system vendor reducing costs $50 MM over 3 years and with MCI, reducing costs $26MM over 2 years.

Integration related projects

• Managed major bank Branch Systems Integration. In six months, architected and built new back-end CICS system in branches that is still operating at 15 million transactions/day.  Developed industry-first 7/24 operation to support new call center initiatives.
